These terms cover Georgia MCP: the server at https://geo-mcp.abgeo.cloud/mcp and the website at https://geo-mcp.abgeo.cloud. Temuri Takalandze, operating as ABGEO, runs them.
When you use the server or the website, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use Georgia MCP.
The service
Georgia MCP is free. It answers with public data and changes nothing: it never makes a payment, an exchange, a booking, or any other transaction.
The source code is open at https://github.com/abgeo/georgia-mcp. Its license governs the code. These terms govern the use of the hosted server and the website.
The data
The data comes from the organizations that publish it, not from us. It can be late, incomplete, or wrong. Each answer names its source and the time of the data, so you can check it.
A rate or a price is not an offer of a bank or a company. An answer is not financial advice. Check with the source before you decide.
Chat apps
You use Georgia MCP through a chat app, such as ChatGPT or Claude. The terms of that app also apply. The model of the app writes the final answer, and we don't control what it writes.
Acceptable use
Use Georgia MCP only for lawful purposes. Don't overload the server, try to break it, or get around its limits. Don't use it to copy the data of a source in bulk.
We may limit or block access that harms the service or a source.
No warranty
Georgia MCP is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise that it will be available, free of errors, or correct.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profit, from your use of Georgia MCP or from a decision based on its data. Georgia MCP is free, so our total liability is zero. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not let us limit.
Changes to the service
We may change, limit, or stop Georgia MCP, or any tool, at any time, with no notice.
Governing law
The laws of Georgia govern these terms. This does not take away a consumer protection that the law of your country gives you.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and its effective date. If you use Georgia MCP after a change, you accept the new terms.
